SHIPPING

  • All Australian orders will be delivered within approximately one week. For international orders, shipping times will vary depending on the destination.
  • If you have not received an email confirmation within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.
  • All orders have a 3-5 business day production fulfillment period. This means we will fulfill your order within 3-5 days before shipping it out. Depending on your location, additional days may be required for delivery. The average delivery time for Australian orders is one week.

 

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, sizing, or any other reason.
  • Please ensure you review product descriptions, sizing information, and photos carefully before placing your order.

  • In the rare event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at fabia.main1@gmail.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will review the case and provide further instructions. 
  • If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we are unable to intervene as the information is submitted directly by the customer during the order process. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging for any claim to be considered
  • In the event of an invalid address and the package is returned to our facility, the customer MUST contact us via email regarding their order. Once we receive the returned package, we will process a refund. After 7 days from delivery, we are unable to process any claims or offer replacements

 

SHIPPING PROVIDER

  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING ISSUES CAUSED BY THE SHIPPING CARRIER.
  • If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we are unable to intervene as the information is submitted directly by the customer during the order process.
  • In the event of an invalid address and the package is returned to our facility, the customer MUST contact us via email regarding their order. Once we receive the returned package, we will process a refund.
  • Refunds will cover the total cost of the order, excluding the shipping fee. Please note that the shipping fee, which typically ranges between AUD $6 and $10, is non-refundable.
